Quai Est, an exceptional villa located in a private and secure park, on the waterfront for vacations with family or friends, offers all the charm of an authentic Caribbean house.
Even before discovering the comfort of the house, you are immediately attracted by the magnificent view of the sea and tempted to come and settle under the carbet next to the pool. The carbet houses a barbecue, a dining room and an outdoor living room.
On the other side of the pool, deckchairs invite you to sunbathe.
But, let's continue the visit and enter the main room flooded with light thanks to its three openings: the terrace overlooking the sea, another terrace opening onto two outdoor lounges and a third one discovering the back of the house.
A warm atmosphere, typically Martiniquean with its antique mahogany furniture and a personal decoration with family memories.
Next door, a large fully equipped kitchen with a view of the sea and direct access to the terrace and its large table that can accommodate a large number of guests.
Let's go into the hallway that serves three large bedrooms with their private bathrooms and toilets. Here again, a particular cachet and a cosy atmosphere thanks to the antique furniture.
Then, let's cross the terrace again and go down to the garden below the carbet and the swimming pool to discover the kingdom of the children, a room and a bathroom where the young people will be able to settle down in all freedom.
And finally, the ultimate reward, you will go out to sea thanks to the private pontoon from where you will be able to leave on board the kayaks at your disposal or to take a dip in the Atlantic.
